At Esprit Kids, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination, any form of harassment or unacceptable behaviour of our staff by (customers/clients amend) or other third parties. Any such behaviour brought to our attention will be immediately investigated and could result in the termination of any current and future agreements between Esprit Kids and the accused perpetrator/their company, as well as a ban from all Esprit Kids branches/locations. Anyone who breaches this policy may be asked to leave the premises and any illegal activity will be reported to the police.
